Fudco Tea Masala or Chai Masala is a mixture of whole spices, fennel seeds and rose petals which is used to make Indian tea/Chai.
Ingredients:
Ginger, Cardamom, Cinnamon, Cloves, Black Pepper, Nutmeg, White Pepper.
Brewing Instructions:
To prepare 1 cup of traditional spiced tea. Boil 3/4 cup of water and 1/2 cup of milk along with 1 teaspoon of Fudco Kenya Tea. Let it simmer for 5-10 minutes. Add 1/4 teaspoon of our Tea Masala, depending on the strenght of taste required. Let it simmer for a further 4-5minutes. Strain & Serve. Add sugar to taste.
