- Mix the pack content with 1 cup of water and use it to marinate the chicken.
- Heat 3 tbsp of oil in a pan and add the chopped onion, tomato and green peppers. Stir fry on high flame for 1 to 2 minutes. Remove from the pan and keep it aside.
- Make tomato puree by boiling and crushing the tomatoes or use the packaged puree and add that to the pan to mix with the remaining oil. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes or till oil separates.
- Add the marinated chicken from Step #1 and stir fry till oil separates.
- Add 1 cup of water. Cover and cook for 8 to 10 minutes.
- Add the stir fried vegetables from Step #2 and mix well. Serve hot.
