Mix the entire pack of spice mix with 1 cup of milk to make paste. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan. Add tomato puree or finely chopped tomatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add spice mix paste ands cook for 2-3 minutes. Add paneer cubes, 1 cup of water & cook for 2-3 minutes. Garnish and serve hot with phulka or roti.
